Nabixx Residence boasts of 24 hours electricity supply to majority of the appliances and all the lighting units. Each of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan and a wardrobe with a mirror. The living room has an oscillating table fan and a stand fan.

The bathroom has a water tank with hot and cold water supply for your showers.  There is a hand washing sink in both the toilet and the shower room.  The former also has a bidet.

The kitchen cabinets are made from locally sourced wood and by a local carpenter.  There is also installed a four hob stove with a grill and an oven.  As well, there is an electric kettle, a fridge freezer and a microwave.  Cutleries, cups and plates are supplied. 

And NEW for this season are: an Air Fryer, Mobile BBQ Unit, a Gazebo and Sun Loungers.  Installed also are more Solar Lights around the fence perimeter and a Solar Security Camera.  Netflixx is now available at no extra cost and the WiFi speed upgraded.  All for our esteem customers.

A grassed area is being developed if you choose to sunbathed there.

Towels and linen are supplied for the bedrooms. Bed sheets are changed weekly when the cleaner visits on one of their two weekly visits.
